ALTHOUGH I am saddened by the events surrounding Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek and feel especially sorry for his family at this time, one cannot help but feel a deep respect for the honest and dignified manner in which the former health minister has handled the whole matter.

What a contrast to the other video clip that has caught several prominent people red- handed in allegedly trying to rig the judicial system. Their reaction was denials and running for cover, requiring the effort and expense of a royal commission to bring them to account.
