I REFER to “Laws to be amended to deal with Mat Rempit” (The Star, Dec 5) and I want to say kudos to the people who are now taking action to combat the Mat Rempit menace.

Unless the Mat Rempit are dealt with, many of us will be given no choice but to carry pepper sprays as weapons on the streets and roads.

Enough is enough. We, locals and foreigners, are not going to take the Mat Rempit nonsense anymore.
