Current issues, feedback & complaints on public services in Malaysia
RECENTLY, I was at the KL Sentral Station to catch the red AirAsia Skybus to the Low-Cost Carrier Terminal at Sepang.
I was harassed at the departure bus platform and directed onto a yellow bus.
Realising I was not on the correct bus, I got off and proceeded to board the AirAsia Skybus, forfeiting the RM8 charged by the yellow bus.
The Skybus ride was relaxing and the staff courteous and polite – unlike the yellow bus “sharks”.
Sadly, the same cannot be said for the Sentral bus departure area.
Something needs to be done because it gives international travellers a bad impression.
DIANA VAN DER ELST,
Kuala Lumpur.
