Current issues, feedback & complaints on public services in Malaysia
Dear Editor, THE news of the disappearance of a little girl, five-year-old Sharlinie Mohd Nashar, is a matter of concern for all Malaysians.
Criminals seem to have become more heartless and cruel.
They don’t care about an innocent five-year-old. A case in point is the tragic death of Nurin Jazlin Jazimin.
It is best to be vigilant at all times, especially for parents with daughters, as girls appear to be more trusting and innocent.
However, regardless of their gender, parents should do more to educate their children on the dangers of strangers.
I hope that this will not be come another Nurin Jazlin case.
Let us all pray for Sharlinie’s safety.
