Current issues, feedback & complaints on public services in Malaysia
THE Department of Wildlife and National Parks appreciates the comments on Taman Negara by Nirel Kaur of Pontian (”We felt quite at home but for the rubbish” - NST, Jan 8). We are glad that Nirel had a wonderful time there.
The department will increase the number of signs and place them along the tracks heading for Gua Telinga.
As for the rubbish in Taman Negara, the department will work with the local council and village heads to overcome this problem.
