I WENT to the EPF office in Kuching on Jan 7 to request a withdrawal of my EPF contributions.
Within three minutes of my arrival in the office, my request was attended to. The officer told me the money should be transferred to my account within a week.
My EPF money actually went into my account in the space of a few hours.
Congratulations, EPF Kuching. Well done!
