Dear boy/boyboycute, i really hate Maxis becoz lots of Indians/Hindus/Parias working there. Complaint were being pass around and no solution. The common answer is 'will get back to you' but the truth they never call back.

POS Malaysia has the worst service. There is no arguement and there is also no point in complaining to them because they wont change.

I have some really bad experience. I sent a letter from London to Penang and it took about 5 weeks to arrive (btw this is registered letter) thanks to Royal Mail UK i can track the letter, which i found out that royal mail took just 2 weeks to get the letter malaysia and then rest is upto POS Malaysia. 3 weeks for the letter to reach my brother.

Another time I spent a pair of shoes to Bangkok, Thailand using Royal mail and registered services amazingly took 3 weeks to reach the destination.

Think about it.

For PosMalaysia in what ever the service you are not satisfied with, you can always make a complaint. I have made several and they really listened and act accordingly even though it will take awhile. You can either fill up a form of complaint, email or call on their customer service. You just need a bit dose of "Patience".

Sorry to hear about what Jack went through, but then again, there is a reason Germany is a developed country and Malaysia, a developing one, don't you agree?

Boy, you comment is not just bias, it's damn right racist and shows how some malaysians have this really terriblex2 attitude to lower a problem to the most absurd level of generalisation.

It's an organisational problem plain and simple and how to deal with it is a management exercise for change and the will to carry it through. If you have to add race to it shows how shallow your mental aptitude to constructive analysis of a problem is.

If you don't have anything constructive to say, maybe you should just keep quite.

I really hate this kind simple racist comment from people, especially coming from our own countrymen.

I know this might sounds bias but just my two cents. If a corporation has majority Malay employees, don't put too high hope on its services. It's their culture. You can't change them. You must change to adapt to them.Welcome to Malaysia.

Hi Jack, welcome to the real Malaysia! Paying bills at one-stop centres like the post office is OK if the service or content providers are slow in updating their databases because what you pay there may take awhile to be remitted to the rightful beneficiaries. Some agencies, like water companies are more forgiving or less alert to back payments so you don't get service interruptions efficiently. For Astro they are good in tracking if you have paid on time (maybe they really need your cash upfront!). If I may suggest, please pay via auto-debit to your credit card. It is a lot less hassle, especially for a pensioner (I am also in your category). Wherever possible I like to conduct my transactions online which saves my petrol bill, car maintenance and of course, reduced risks on the roads!

Overall I believe Malaysia is still a nice country to live in inspite of some expected glitches (there are no perfect societies in this world) and of course the terrible humidity and bad traffic jams! Enjoy!
