LIKE H.M. of Klang who checked for her children’s names on the electoral roll (”Some names are missing” - NST, Jan 22), my daughter also registered to vote in the last quarter of last year.

Since the Election Commission has computerised its system, the EC must be accountable for updating its website, for many young and new voters have come of age to fulfil their constitutional duty.

I hope my daughter and H.M.’s children can exercise their right to vote.
