Current issues, feedback & complaints on public services in Malaysia
A friend of mine, a sales executive, had patronised the Caltex station at Paramount Garden in Petaling Jaya on Saturday, January 19, 2008. After making payments at the counter she proceeded to fill her tank. An attendant, a foreign national, offered to assist.
On returning home she discovered her wallet, containing a total of RM700 in various currencies and bank cards, missing from her unzipped handbag. She has made a police report. The operator of the station was not around.
This is to alert you and your operators that thefts are happening in protected areas like your stations and hope that you will take precautionary measures to protect your customers.
