I hired a combodia maid from an agency and after 14 months of having enough of ” I don’t know and I forget “, i decided to terminate her and sent her back to the agent. The agent refused to send her back to Cambodia but requested us to allow her to continue to be registered under our name but work for other employer. We rejected the request and request the agent to immediately terminate her from our name since she is no longer with us.The agent promised to do so and we proceed to get another new maid from the very same agent. After 2 months , we were surprised to find out our “OLD” maid was still under our name and new maid application was not done at all. Even after our query, the agent still dragging on our new maid application and old maid termination until we gave them a deadline. If nothing been done, we would report direct to the putrajaya head office. Due to this , I have gone personally to Putrajaya twice to check on our record but record still show our name. Why ? Because the termination was done in Shah Alam and not Putrajaya.The two system was not on line. The agent is playing the game. Termination done in Shah Alam, new application done in Putrajaya. Anyway, i got cheated on that also.When I was in Putrajaya the second time to check on my new maid application, the agent claimed their have totally pulled out my maid application from Putrajaya and refiled in Shah Alam, thus no records to be found there.They cannot show prove on the Putrajaya submission. After all these ho-ha , the agent propose to make full refund to me and I accepted the refund. From all these , I have learned :

1. Never trust the agent to send your maid back to their country. Send the maid to the airport by yourself and do your own check out memo.

2. My Old maid is earning more than what I paid her from new employer. She is considered an experience maid thus is more expensive. So, any maid may just try to terminate themself from 1st employer and work for second new employer who will pay them more. So, 1st employer, back luck to you………..

Im looking for a maid to help in look after 2 babies (the babies is mainly takecare by my MIL) and do housework, why you want transfer your maid? Any problem?

Any idea what is the procedure to transfer maid?

Our daily half day maid saras works Mon to fri fr 1-30 to 6pm for us.

But saras needs another p/day job too. she is m’sian of indian descent. Decent lady in her early 50’s. she wants to know where you live to see if she can get to yr location.

Saras is trustworthy, & she cleans, cooks, iron.

We’ve used her for 6mths. We actually use 2 of them; but the other lady can’t work mornings for anyone else. Saras wants Rgt 600 for 5 days morning work.

fyi I am not the middle man & not being paid any commission. We pay Rgt1300 /mth ourselves but because our place is quite large!! No kidding but prefer local to hassles of runaway maids, etc & like I say, TRUSTworthy is the key here!
