Current issues, feedback & complaints on public services in Malaysia
Alam Flora Sdn Bhd is carrying out a survey to see how they can further improve their services. I had once complained that the drain near my house was clogged and within a short time they had it cleared.I have noticed that they have a team of very dedicated staff who take great pains to have our streets and surroundings in tip-top condition. We should also cooperate by being responsible in the disposal of our waste and rubbish and not throw them indiscriminately.
I have drawn their attention to the pitiful state of rubbish in the Brickfields area. There seems to be piles and piles of uncollected rubbish especially in the back streets and it is an awful sight and you can see flies swarming around. The shopkeepers and residents should also play their part in keeping their area clean. I hope Alam Flora will come out with a strategy to keep Brickfields clean and bring it up to the level of other areas in the city.

Our Malaysians attitude is very bad. Everyone never bother to throw the rubbish properly in the dustbin or place where the rubbish should be thrown. Simply scattered everywhere. DBKL should summon this people so they wont do it again. Dont blame Alam Flora, they r doing their duty. Only Malaysians attitude should change, if everyone has their responsiblility I think our country will be very clean.
Tks for giving me a opportunity.
