With regards to items lost in post, if it is valuable you are suppose to use Insured Parcel but it covers till RM100 only.

If it cost more than that, I think you are better off arranging for postage through a professional courier.

That is not only the lousiest explanantion from POS MALAYSIA-TIDAK BOLEH-but what a load of cobllers to wash their hands off the issue.

POS Malaysia is the last to handle-they admitted they had handle and delivered- so they are RESPONSIBLE.

If the morons at POS MALAYSIA -TIDAK BOLEH- dont have it already,they should THINK out of a sysytem where any damaged items arriving at their first point of contact in Malaysia are are recored as damaged and the amount of damage- so that the balme could be apportioned to correct point.

ASsPOS MALAYSIA does not have such system- they should apologise and make good ANY loss in this instance, unless they can provide evidence that they have such a system operating from the last three years.

Tiap tiap kali, I am amazed at the load of BS explanatuions that the organisations come with when customers complain- it only goes on to prove that they TAK BOLEH be professional and accountable and admit they have faulted!Shame on such staff as ROHAIZA HASHIM who may have been sitting too long on her posterior burning the seat of the chair trying to copy out such an irrelevent response as above.
Shame shame TAK BOLEH professional and accountable.

We traveled to Fiji last month. It was an amazing vacation. We stayed at this nice little Bungalow called the Beach Sands. But, if your looking to save cash, it’s a very expensive flight. Another option is Puerto Vallarta, I have a amazing time everytime I go. As far as saving cash, I don;t know for sure, we always go with expeida or travelocity. My cousin tells me that he usually saves a ton of cash on his vacations. I’ll ask him how he does it.
