		<description>this article brings up a point that is often overlooked i.e. that democracy can and will only produce results when we are willing to work it. 

after all, the arms of democracy extends far beyond that of having elections every 5 years. 

it is not something that comes and goes every 5 years - it's a way of life!</description>
