Current issues, feedback & complaints on public services in Malaysia
I CAUGHT my 11-year-old son in a cybercafe today (March 19).
A few years back, I had caught my second son, who was also underage then, in the same cybercafe.
As a concerned parent, I will reprimand my 11-year-old son now, just as I had reprimanded my second son a few years back. Ever since then, my second son has never stepped into a cybercafe.
What bothers me is that I also noticed other children of my son’s age inside this particular cybercafe.
Are the authorities closing one eye? Or are the enforcement officers who are given the task to ensure that no underage children are allowed inside cybercafes neglecting their duty?
Otherwise, how does one explain the fact that these cybercafes are so bold as to violate the terms and conditions of their licences blatantly?

Haha, this reminds me of the time I was caught. Good times.
