WE refer to the complaint from K.A. of Kuala Lumpur “Mail wrongly delivered” (NST, March 12).
On behalf of Pos Malaysia Berhad, I would like to express our regret for any inconvenience that K.A. may have experienced due to the wrongly delivered mail. Nevertheless, we will seriously look into K.A.’s complaint and continuously monitor the delivery service to his area.
Pos Malaysia Kuala Lumpur has taken into consideration the comments from K.A. and will strive to build up our mail delivery service in his area. We will also conduct regular checks to monitor the delivery service and identify areas for improvement.
It is our aim to continuously improve the quality of our mail delivery service; hence, we take feedback from our customers seriously in order to ensure their satisfaction. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continuous support.
We also welcome all customers to contact our Customer Service Centre through PosLine at 1-300-300-300 from 8.30am to 9.30pm, Mondays to Saturdays (except on the first Saturday of the month) should you have any suggestions or comments.
