I deposited an amt of money after choosing one of their biodatas. After 4 mths of waiting, I still waiting for maid to arrive. The maids are not trained, rude and with attitute problems....when the maid have problem, u called them, they always not free, when the maid run away, they wash their hand clean...of course the maid always run away when the guarantee period over..... I waited almost 3.5 months for a maid in Penang. Everytime, I choose a maid, agency gave reason why that maid cannot come and ask me to choose another one. All in all, this process repeated 7 times!! Finally, 1 maid came.. and this MAID is a terror!! Same here… I waited almost 3.5 months for a maid in Penang.
