Current issues, feedback & complaints on public services in Malaysia
A BRAZEN robbery in which five people were injured at Kuala Lumpur International Airport is bad for the country’s image.
Foreign tourists and locals need to be assured of their safety while using the aviation hubs. The robbery will make passengers concerned about their safety while using the airport. Needless to say, the safety of the people is of utmost importance and the police should work with the airport authorities to boost security at KLIA as it is the main getaway for people arriving and leaving the country.
