Dear Editor, EVERY year, Astro offers new channels and increases the sub scription fees. However, it has failed to live up to its promises.

Astro should conduct a poll among its subscribers for feed back.

They have been repeating several programmes and it has be come boring.

Astro should pay more attention to good programmes. For example, HBO, Cinemax and Star Movies should have more blockbuster movies every month as this pack age is one of the most expensive offered.

I believe it provides poor ser vice because it has no competitors in Malaysia.

It does what it wants to do without any regard for subscribers.

So Astro, please think out of the box. Come up with better services and new ideas. Your customers need quality, not quantity.
