Current issues, feedback & complaints on public services in Malaysia
Dear Editor, MOTORCYCLISTS weaving in traffic on the Federal Highway is a common sight.
They should not be on the high way but on designated motorcycle lanes, which were built for their benefit and the safety of all road-users.
Many motorcyclists use the fast lane from the stretch after Mid Valley Megamall all the way to the Sunway exit.
I have seen a few accidents involving motorcycles and cars.
Why do these people gamble with their lives?
If there is an accident involving a motorcycle and a car, who will be held responsible?
It is time the RTD and police play their part by issuing summonses to deter motorcycles from using the Federal Highway.
