Earth Day more than a celebration
25Apr2008 Malay MailDear Editor, The Environment Desk of Fomca would like to highlight the importance of celebrating Earth Day.
It should not merely be a day of celebration. Malaysians should focus on ways to improve our daily habits to help save the Earth. Earth Day has a deeper meaning. What we do after Earth Day is important as well.
In Malaysia, we can practice the 3Rs (reduce, reuse and Recycle). We can save a lot of natural re sources from being destroyed. We can also practice and support or ganic farming and support environmentally-friendly products.
