Current issues, feedback & complaints on public services in Malaysia
THE swearing-in of new MPs at Parliament House will mark a new chapter in our political landscape.
With the increase in opposition members in parliament, there will surely be a lot of fireworks. The government MPs and ministers will have their hands full handling parliamentary questions raised in the House.
Hopefully, full decorum will be observed by everyone and name-calling and disparaging remarks against one another will be a thing of the past.
Elected representatives should use the mandate given by the voters to raise intelligent questions and we expect the executive to give good replies.
Those elected to office must work with the best interests of the rakyat in mind, and not just their own personal interests.
