Pension Payment: Pension delayed
2May2008 NSTI AM a pensioner living in Alor Star and would like to know why my fellow pensioners and I seldom get our monthly pension payment from the bank on the 20th or 21st of every month.
When we go to the banks on the 20th or 21st of the month to update our account, we find that the Pensions Department, Kuala Lumpur, has not yet banked in our pension payment. We usually have to wait until the 22nd of the month. Why is this so?
