Should sue the hospital for greed and murder. What are doctors for, saving lives or making more out of the patient pocket. Morales are disheartening.

August 25, 2008 - I have a friend who just recently went into a coma and the doctors refuse to provide the necessary medical attention unless money is deposited into the hospital's account. The wife died on the scene and the son is also in a coma. How is it possible to settle this matter of the money when the patient is in a coma and the brother who was notifed from outside of the country doesn't know what direction to take. The doctors said that the patient could be well, but not until the surgery is performed. Only the surgery will not be performed unless the money is deposited. So my question is...if the patient dies due to the negligence of non-payment than the family can sue the hospital. What is wrong with this picture...the hospital is Sungai Buluh.
