Current issues, feedback & complaints on public services in Malaysia
LAST Tuesday’s live debate was as the best I have seen during my lifetime.
The debate between Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Information Minister Datuk Ahmad Shabery Cheek was based on the title “Form the government today, lower the fuel price tomorrow”.
In my opinion, this historical debate was conducted well regardless of the topic or the participants.
Indeed, more opportunities must be given to all political parties to express their own views over the current issues in respect of politics, economy, social and so on.
Such debate is the best platform for all the leaders to discuss and formulate plans and find solutions to problems.
Furthermore, this programme will open our paradigms and teach us to accept and respect the others while views are exchanged.
Thus, we have to look at this programme positively as it will benefit the people.
With healthy competition and debates, I believe Malaysia can move forward in her efforts to gain more progress and success in every field.
Finally, I do congratulate both the speakers for the confidence with which they faced each other.
