Current issues, feedback & complaints on public services in Malaysia
I HAD to buy a KLIA Transit ticket for the high-speed rail service to the airport before I could use the facilities for early check-in at KL Sentral.
The question is whether a service provided by an airline should be subjected to further charges apart from the fuel surcharge and the airport tax. A RM35 charge levied by KL Transit is not just absurd, if one is not using its facilities, but daylight robbery. I would like to know under what authority KLIA Transit is imposing this rule.
