Current issues, feedback & complaints on public services in Malaysia
MANY will soon celebrate Hari Raya. After that, it will be Deepavali, Christmas and Chinese New Year.
What is unfortunate are incidents caused by playing with firecrackers that are supposed to be banned. Yet, we hear that they are being sold openly in some places.
A joyous occasion often turns to sorrow when children are maimed as a result of playing with firecrackers.
One can read about these incidents almost daily in the papers.
I urge the authorities to be more vigilant and bring to book all those involved in the sale of firecrackers.

The noise is so irritating especially you require a good night sleep after a tiring day. But again the law is not enforce seriously. It is a festive season to spark on the celebrations but it is abused where children hurt themselves, set fire to buildings. The most frustrating is when they lit up the crackers without any warning can make your heart pounce a hundred times faster, heart attack!!.
