The time when a blogger can say anything he likes with impunity is past. He has to be accountable for what he says. It is time the police set up an Internet patrol.
Yes, you can say anything you like, but the facts of what you can say must be substantiated. If the blogger cannot substantiate what he says, the police should take action against him.
Facts are facts and rumours that cause chaos and ill-feelings must be brought to a stop.
