Current issues, feedback & complaints on public services in Malaysia
TELEKOM Malaysia and later TM Bhd used to make it much easier for its customers to collect copies of the latest editions of Panduan Telefon.
Until about five years ago, the new editions of the directory could be collected at Kedai Telekom twice a year without any fuss.
In fact, about 10 years ago Telekom delivered the directories to the homes of customers.
Since I have not seen copies of Panduan Telefon at TMpoint outlets or post offices for the past few years, I called TM Publications (now known as TM Info-Media Sdn Bhd) to find out how I could get a copy. Imagine my disappointment when I was told to go to their office in Pandan Indah to collect the directories.
Navigating Kuala Lumpur traffic during office hours can be a nightmare.
TM Bhd should resume distribution of telephone directories at TMpoint outlets.
