Current issues, feedback & complaints on public services in Malaysia
I WENT to service my car recently. I was shocked to find that the price of engine oil and oil products has not gone down in tandem with the downward trend in world crude oil price.
The government has reduced fuel price but what about other related oil-based products? There is no news of any downward revision.
We talk about corporate governance. Are the big oil companies playing their part? What are they waiting for?
I hope the Domestic Trade And Consumer Affairs Ministry will go after the big corporations, especially those which raised their prices before the crude oil price fell.
