Current issues, feedback & complaints on public services in Malaysia
AS a frequent visitor to Bukit Larut, I am not at all excited or in favour of the suggested cable car project by the state government. In fact, I am puzzled why they are suggesting the same thing the previous state government thought of and decided against.
What the Perak government should do now is to study ways to preserve the hill and its natural condition.
People come here to see the hill in its natural state.
Building a cable car system will not help. I also hope the state government will listen to the reasons given by Datuk N. Marimuthu of Fomca in objecting to the proposal.
