		<description>Having environment-friendly transportation in Penang island is indeed a wonderful idea. I grew up in the island and cringe at the thought of the jam i have to endure whenever i return for a holiday.  

Many Korean and Japanese and European towns are practicing the no-car concept and employ more walkways and paths.  Public transports must ply the tourist route and cbd that's all.</description>
