WHEN I make ATM withdrawals, I feel very uneasy when the individual lining up behind me is up too close for comfort. Some of them look away when you are conducting your transaction, while others probably out of curiosity look on.
At airport counters, you find passengers lining up behind a yellow line until it is their turn to be served at. Banks may want to consider implementing this at ATMs.
