I am considering about taking FIS in Aimst. I'm from KL personally. I thought of going Aimst for a better environment to study. I might add in it is also because its cheaper then other degree in KL. But after what I read from this webpage, I felt disappointing with Aimst. The food, the laundry, the transport, the staff. The only good thing is if you're lucky you get a good lecturer that wont go off last minute and also the facilities provided of course. Is Aimst really that bad?

Hello,

I have an interesting experience to relate to you in regards to a major Pizza food chain in Malaysia. I believe this simple customer friendly amenity which is so obvious to you and all Malaysia consumers when you patronize restaurants may take you in for big surprise.

Like Pizzas ? Well there are deliveries and sit ins and some even both. I am sure that somewhere down the road there are those who patronize restaurants and have even used their basic amenities such as the toilets.

So behold. Please do not get a stomach upset or feel the need to use the toilets at Dominos Pizza Malaysia. Not only will you need to pay for the food you have bought but as a bonus you will also need to hop over to the mamak shop next door (if any) to use their toilets instead. If none then dont go.

Err.....well.....why ? Its not that the toilets are out of order or being fancily refurbished or anything like that?

So why then so complicated? Pay for food and cannot use toilets ah.

EXACTLY.

At Dominos Pizza their Management's Decision is :-

"Toilets are for Staff Use Only".

So...err...who pays the staff and keeps the outlets running then?

Well.....the owner....the owner is rich ?

He just gets his money from consumers like you and I and refuses to let us use his toilets!! Can you dig that ?

This is incredible. And the location I experienced this was in a Dominos shoplot in Shah Alam. So where do they expect their customers to go? You should see what I have been told about their toilets by their complaints hotline which I would like to share with all consumers. I have the responses with me. .... security reasons, shop laid out like delivery;then they should not have put in the tables and chairs like for dine in .....duh! Oh plus now, from toilets are for staff use only they say they have certain criterias for consumers to use the toilets too ........you have to be very old (maybe finding it hard to walk I gather) or very young children. Perhaps the old must be too old to run away with money and children too young to even think about money so no threat in terms of security). So I guess someone at Dominos must be authorised to evaluate customers to determine at his or her sole discretion their eligibility to use their toilets.

Initially I walked in asking to use the washroom only. Then they said its not for outsiders. Finding this odd I then asked them if I bought a drink and maybe have some food as a customer then may I use the washroom. The answer was "the toilets are meant for staff use only". Now isn't this extremely customer unfriendly. So even if I come in to order say rm100 worth of pizzas and toilets are only for staff. So hop to the mamak store next door and use for free....if you can find one.

Other fast food chains eg KFC, PizzaZHut, McDonalds etc unless they are in a shopping mall have their toilets opened to the public regardless so why is Dominos so customer unfriendly or should I say weird?

If interested please send me a return email and I shall forward you the relevant emails. You may also verify this with the Dominos Pizza hotline........perhaps the newspapers may also find this interesting............err even mamak shop can use toilet for free mah? Ha ha ha. At Dominos you pay and cannot even use toilets.
